CREATIVE DIRECTION01/15PRODUCTION CAPABILITIES

Every leap in tools was mistaken for the end of craft.

Creative Direction — Production Capabilities

02What we are

A production company, built differently.

Creative Direction makes commercials, brand films, and campaign systems. We build for the biggest screen in the room — television — and deliver to every spec in the marketing mix, from broadcast to social, in any format the plan calls for.

PARTNERSHIP

Your work, your name

For agencies, we operate as production capacity behind your creative. The client relationship is yours. It stays yours.

SCOPE

Execution

You bring the idea. We bring the build — shot design, environments, versioning, finishing.

OUTPUT

Broadcast first, every spec after

Made for television. Cut, reframed, and delivered for wherever the campaign lives.

03The shape of a production budget

Most of a budget is spent before the first frame.

A finished commercial carries the weight of everything it took to make it — the places, the people, the days, and the risk that any of it moves.

Committed up front

01Locations, scouting, permits
02Travel, lodging, transport
03Set construction, art department
04Crew and equipment days

Carried as risk

05Weather, daylight, scheduling
06Reshoots
07Late creative changes
08Each additional version
04A different structure

The physical line compresses. The craft does not.

Our pipeline removes most of what a production spends on being somewhere — and keeps everything a film needs to be something.

What compresses

Locations, permits, scouting
Travel and transport
Set construction
Weather and schedule risk
The cost of each new version

What remains

01Direction and creative judgment
02Editorial, colour, finishing
03Sound design, mix, music
04Performance and likeness rights
05Delivery, QC, trafficking

The result is a budget that spends on the film itself — and a schedule measured in weeks, not quarters.

05Method

Real subject. Constructed world.

The hero of every frame is real — shot, supplied, or drawn from your existing brand assets, and held photographically intact through to delivery. Everything around it is built: environment, light, atmosphere, camera.

Stage build — frame 01
Stage build — frame 02
06Product accuracy

Your product is never generated.

Packaging, colour, logo, proportion — these come from the brand, not from a model. The product enters our pipeline as a supplied asset or a controlled plate, travels through it as a protected element, and arrives in the finished frame exactly as it left your hands.

IN

Source of truth

Client-supplied assets, existing footage, or a plate we shoot under controlled conditions.

THROUGH

Protected element

Held as an isolated layer through the build. The world is constructed around it — it is matched, never reimagined.

OUT

Verifiable

Source asset and delivered frame, side by side, at any stage. Brand standards teams are welcome to look.

07The collective

You cannot prompt your way to this.

The work is made by a collective of directors, designers, and photographers — people who have spent years pushing these tools past their defaults. Admission is by body of work. Every project carries a named director.

Vetted on reel

Membership is earned with work we would put in front of any client.

Credited by name

Authorship is the point. The director on your project is a person, not a queue.

One pipeline

Brief format, review gates, and delivery are consistent across every project. The taste is the variable.

One brief, three directors
08The work

Seen, not described.

09Behind the frame

A method you can direct.

Every scene begins as a design — what enters, when, and why. That means notes land where you give them, and what you approve is what gets built.

Shot design sheet
A note, before and after
10Working with us

One place for the whole production.

Brief intake, asset exchange, review rounds, and approvals live in a single flow — so nothing important lives in a thread.

01

Brief

Structured intake. Brand assets, product source of truth, and delivery specs captured up front.

02

Direction

Shot design and look development. You approve the approach before anything is built.

03

Build

Constructed environments around the protected element, with defined review rounds.

04

Deliver

Edit, colour, sound, versioning, QC — files ready for trafficking, to your spec.

11Rights & clearance

Clean paperwork, in writing.

Good work should survive legal review. Ours is built to.

Chain of title

Documented ownership of delivered assets, transferred on final payment.

Performance & likeness

Real performers carry real releases. No likeness of an identifiable person without written consent.

Tool provenance

Commercial licensing confirmed for every tool in the pipeline, disclosed on request.

Indemnification

Defined in every agreement, so your legal team is reviewing terms, not chasing questions.

12Delivery

Built for television. Delivered everywhere.

We master for the biggest screen first, then cut, reframe, and finish for every placement in the plan — to your traffic sheet, not ours.

13What becomes possible

More than a cheaper way to do the old thing.

01

Versions in volume

A traditional shoot affords a handful of versions. We build in multiples — by audience, by market, by season — from a single production.

02

See it before you commit

The spot exists before the budget locks. Approval happens on something you have watched, not something you have imagined.

03

Room to change your mind

A late creative change is a revision, not a crisis.

04

Worlds without logistics

Any geography, any weather, any camera. The idea sets the limit.

14Engagement

Fixed fees. Defined deliverables.

Pricing is set against the work itself — the spot, its versions, its delivery set — so the number is known before the build begins.

BASE

Per finished spot

A fixed fee against a defined deliverable set.

SCALE

Per version

Additional versions priced per unit — audience, market, or seasonal.

ONGOING

Embedded capacity

A standing production unit behind your team, on retainer.

A first project

One spot, three versions, a fixed price, a fixed timeline. A contained way to see the pipeline on your own brief.

The tools changed. The craft is the point.

01

What does Creative Direction do?

Creative Direction is a St. Petersburg, Florida advertising agency that produces human-directed, AI-assisted connected TV (CTV) commercials and OTT video campaigns. It uses a hybrid model that combines licensed stock footage and human editing with generative AI for B-roll, environments, and voiceover.

02

What is AI-assisted CTV commercial production?

AI-assisted CTV production uses generative AI tools to create background footage, transitions, and voiceover while keeping the primary subject in real licensed footage edited by humans. The result is a broadcast-quality 16:9 commercial for connected TV at a lower cost and faster turnaround than fully traditional production.

03

Who is the hybrid video production model for?

It is built for small and mid-sized businesses, funded startups, and mid-market B2B brands that cannot afford elite-agency retainers but need higher quality than self-serve AI tools produce. Creative Direction targets this underserved middle of the video production market.

04

What platforms do Creative Direction's CTV ads run on?

Creative Direction produces 16:9 commercials for connected TV and OTT streaming platforms, and delivers spots formatted for programmatic CTV buying alongside social-format cutdowns for cross-platform campaigns.
